The Affiliate program is only for the online version of Level 100 (Family Herbalist)

•

You will be paid a percentage of the sale depending on your student status:
*2.5% for non-students
*5% for current students
*10% for Master Herbalists

Payment are only made for full-payment from the website. You will not be paid commissions for students who sign up for payment plans.

NOTE: If you are a former student with a certificate of Herbalist or higher you are eligible for 5% commissions. Please notate that you are a student when filling out the application.

You cannot receive a commission on purchases made by yourself through your own affiliate link (note that even if you receive an e-mail confirmation that you made a sale that commission will not be paid if it is determined that you purchased through your own affiliate link)

All new accounts must be approved before you can begin using your affiliate link. The webmaster will review your application, your website (if applicable) and your student status. Once you are approved you will receive an e-mail. This process generally takes 24-72 hours. Be sure your application is complete before sending it in as incomplete applications cause delays. Your website or mailing list (if applicable) must relate to herbs, natural healing, healthy eating, etc. in order to be approved. Once you are approved you will receive an e-mail that tells you how to log onto your affiliate account control panel and gives you a link that you will use to direct traffic to this site and make money.

Tracking sales: We have installed a top-of-the-line affiliate tracking system that has been tested and proven accurate. We track using 2 methods - "cookies" and "IP address." Both are tracked for five years. However - no system is guaranteed. If someone comes here through your link on their home computer, then goes to work and uses a different computer and comes back to our site there is no way to track that. This doesn't happen very often, though, so you don't need to worry! As soon as a sale is made you will get an e-mail. Sales can also be tracked in real time on your account control panel.

Minimum payout: There is a minimum payout of $50.00

•

Payments: Payments are made once a month. After you reach the minimum payout of $50.00 you will be paid by the 15th of the following month with a check, payable from a US bank account in US dollars.

*For example, if in August you generate $74 worth of commissions you will be paid $74 on September 15.
*If you generate $40 worth of sales in August, none in September, then $20 in October you will be paid $60 on November 15.
