Services:

Services provided during your study include grading of assignments, transcript mailings and shipping of courses. You pay postage to turn in completed work and we pay return postage of graded work.

Shipping:

Shipping and handling costs are included with tuition for students living in the U.S.A. International students pay all shipping and insurance costs (Shipping and insurance costs will be billed separately). Materials are shipped within 3 working days from receipt of registration. Express service and other carriers are available for additional fees.

Returns:

Return of tuition and fees to discontinuing students as follows:

(A) During a three-business-day-cooling-off-period the enrollment contract may be rescinded and all monies paid refunded, commencing with the day the contract was signed, until midnight of the third business day following such date, excluding Sundays and holidays.  The student must personally contact the school, or send a written statement of withdrawal delivered by mail or other means in order to get a refund.  Refund does not include shipping costs.  All material must be returned in excellent condition.

(B) A student enrolled may withdraw from enrollment following the three-business-day-cooling-off-period, prior to submitting any lesson materials, or within a ten-day review period after receipt of course materials, whichever comes first, and effective upon deposit of a written statement of withdrawal delivered by mail or other means.  The School will retain no more than $200 in tuition or fees as registration charges, or an alternative amount that The School can demonstrate to have been expended in preparation for the student�s enrollment.

(C) After the three-business-day-cooling-off-period, or after a student enrolled for nontraditional instruction has submitted lesson materials or been in receipt of course materials for a period of ten days, the withdrawn or dismissed student shall be refunded, within thirty days of his/her discontinuing, a percentage of all tuition paid over and above a non-refundable registration fee not to exceed $200 or an alternative amount that The School can demonstrate to have been expended in undertaking the student�s instruction.  The remaining tuition refunded will be calculated using the following schedule:

During Week 1     90% of tuition will be refunded
During Week 2    75% of tuition will be refunded
During Week 3    60% of tuition will be refunded
During Week 4    45% of tuition will be refunded
During Week 5    30% of tuition will be refunded
During Week 6 or later   0% of tuition will be refunded
There will be no refund after week 5

(D)  If student has chosen the payment schedule, student�s contractual obligations to The School, at any one time, are limited to fees for four months of training, plus registration or start-up costs not to exceed $200 or an alternative amount the institution can demonstrate to have spent in undertaking a student�s instruction.



This agreement covers educational services provided by the School of Natural Healing and monies received from the student for such services. No other commitments are implied or considered.
